1. Booking & Payment
- Prices are charged per session and may vary depending on the fitting type (full bag, driver, irons, etc.).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
- Once payment has been completed, refunds are not available. Any cancellations will be converted into store credit.
- No-shows for session without prior noticeļ¼and the payment is not refundable and will be forfeited.
3. Arrival & Session Time
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and setup.
- Sessions will begin and end at the booked time, regardless of late arrival.
4. Usage & Conduct
- Only registered guests are allowed in the simulator bay.
- Any damage to equipment, screens, or facilities caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
5. Data & Recommendations
- Launch monitor data and fitting results are for the client's personal use.
- Recommendations provided are based on your swing performance and fitting objectives.
6. Safety & Conduct
- Only the scheduled player may swing during the session; all others must remain in the safe area.
- Please follow fitter instructions at all times to ensure safety and accurate results.
7. Liability
- All fittings are done at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
- Any damage to fitting equipment due to negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
8. Facility Rights
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, and operating hours without prior notice.
- Management has the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, or violating facility policies.
