1. Booking & Payment
- Prices are charged per bay, per hour, regardless of the number of players (up to the bay’s maximum capacity).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
- Once payment has been completed, refunds are not available. Any cancellations/rescheduling will be converted into store credit.
- No-shows for session without prior notice，and the payment is not refundable and will be forfeited.
3. Arrival & Session Time
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and setup.
- Sessions will begin and end at the booked time, regardless of late arrival.
4. Usage & Conduct
- Only registered guests are allowed in the simulator bay.
- Any damage to equipment, screens, or facilities caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
5. Safety Rules
- Only one player may swing at a time.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Liability
- All players use the simulator at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries caused by improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
- The management reserves the right to stop play and ask guests to leave without refund if rules are not followed.
7. Facility Rights
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, and operating hours without prior notice.
- Management has the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, or violating facility policies.
